Demands in the conditions of tawaaf
The first requirement is that the tawaaf is seven cycles:
There is no dispute among the scholars that the one who is
confined in the tawaaf in the house on one occasion is in protest against the
saying of the Almighty: “Let them go to the old house.” [Al-Hajj 29: 29] And
God Almighty commanded the tawaaf and did not stipulate a specific number. It
is not valid, and it is not permissible to do so, and this tawaaf is not valid.
There is no dispute between them that the Prophet (peace and
blessings of Allaah be upon him) roamed the house seven times and said:
"Take away your rituals from me." They differed regarding the
requirement that the tawaaf in the house be seven rounds,
The first view is that it is not valid to perform tawaaf
except by completing seven rounds. Whoever leaves any of them, his tawaaf is
not valid, and it is not valid. And so went Malik, and Shafi'i, and Ahmad.
The second saying: The completion of the seven games is not
a condition for the validity of the tawaaf, if the most frequent trips and
could not complete, or return to return to his country, the right tawaaf, and
the fraction, and the rest of the abandoned. And so Abu Hanifa went.
Evidence:
The owners of the first say:
The first: Almighty says :) and to go to the old house
([Al-Hajj verse 29]
Inference from them:
(Peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Take
away your sins from me.” This indicates that what is meant by tawaaf in the
house is to perform tawaaf with seven rounds. Such as prayer.
The second is the hadeeth of Jaabir (may Allaah be pleased
with him) in describing the argument of the Prophet (peace and blessings of
Allaah be upon him): "Even if we come to the house with him, (... the
hadeeth narrated by Muslim.
Third: The hadeeth of Ibn 'Umar (may Allaah be pleased with
him) said: The Messenger of Allaah
(peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) came and went to the house seven
times, and prayed behind the place for two rak'ahs. Then he went to al-Safa
(Agreed upon).
Fourth: The hadeeth of Jaabir (may Allaah be pleased with
him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
"Take your masculinity from me.” Narrated by Muslim.
Inference from them:
The hadeeth states that the Prophet (peace and blessings of
Allaah be upon him) used to travel around the house seven times, and the
Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) commanded him to follow him
in the acts of the rituals. This indicates that the tawaaf is to be performed
seven times in the house.
V: And modern :) Tawaaf home prayer (....
Inference:
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was
told that the tawaaf is a prayer in the house. It is stipulated in the tawaaf
that what is required in prayer is obligatory, unless the evidence indicates
that it is to be allocated and excluded. The prayer is not based on more than
the number of rak'ahs.
6: They said: This is worship is not forced most of them in
blood, did not force the least, such as fasting and prayer.
The owners of the second say that:
The first: Almighty says :) and to go to the old house
([Al-Hajj verse 29]
Inference from them:
That God ordered tawaaf, and did not mention a number, and
the absolute command does not require repetition, but the increase on one time
to the most games proved by another evidence, the consensus, and no consensus
in the increase on the most games.
Secondly: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon
him) said: " Hajj is' Arafah.
Inference:
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was
told that the Hajj is' Arafah, and that whoever came to it before the Fajr
prayer on the night of the Sacrifice, it was argued, knowing that another
corner remains, evidence that the street considered the establishment of the
most sacred place, apart from prayer and fasting.
Thirdly: They said: "Tawaaf is one of the
reasons for decomposition, and in the causes of decomposition there are some
who take the place of all as in the throat, but in the tawaaf is considered the
most.
