Conditions of tawaaf
Introduction
Praise be to God, the Merciful Manan, Sabg al-Fadl and
charity, blessed us with his abundant blessings, and on us by the synonyms, and

I have already written a research entitled "Types of
tawaaf and rulings" and I refer in his introduction to what Dr. Sharaf bin
Ali al-Sharif wrote, entitled "From the rulings of tawaaf, al-Sunan,"
and that this work made me prefer to divide the search in the provisions of
tawaaf into three sections:
Section I: Types of tawaaf, and rulings.
Section II: Conditions of Tawaaf and its duties.
Section III: Sunan Tawaaf, etiquette.
Dr. Sharaf dealt with the third section, and discussed in
this research the first section, and remains of these sections the middle of
which is: (the conditions of tawaaf, and duties) and after the scientific
material for this section I have seen in length and division, so I was pleased
to divide it into two research: one: in the conditions of tawaaf. And the
second: in his duties.
In this first research, which is: (conditions of tawaaf)
This section is undoubtedly the contract of these sections and the most
important, since it depends on the validity of the Tawaf regardless of its
kind, and by violating it may miss the Hajj understanding of the intended
hardships and difficulties, How many pilgrims cannot repeat this worship, and
cannot return to these homes again.
I liked to touch on this study what the owners of the
doctrines of the conditions of tawaaf, and the evidence of each team, and
balance it, making eye in mind with the guide where he went without fanaticism
of the doctrine, or victory of the saying, asking God to grant me right and
repayment, and inspire me right and guidance, It is so capable, and worthy
answer. This research has been divided into: Introduction, Preface, Eight
Demands, and Conclusion.
The introduction: it included: the opening, the importance
of the subject, and the research plan.
The preamble dealt with the definition of the condition, the
duty, and the difference between them.
The demands are:
The first is that the tawaaf is seven cycles.
Second: Islam.
Third: Mind.
Fourth: Intention.
Fifth: Being inside the mosque.
Sixth: Being home.
Seventh: Beginning with the Black Stone.
Eighth: Enter time.
The conclusion: I pointed to the findings of this research.
I ask God Almighty, the great Lord of the Throne, to make
this work pure for His holy face, and to make it an asset for me on the Day of
Judgment, to benefit from His books, or to see Him.
And what was right in it is pure God's reconciliation, and
there was a mistake, or shortness of my mouth, asking God to forgive me, and
beyond him.
And everyone who guided me to correct a mistake, or a
statement of shortening, call me purely to inspire God to guide him, and to pay
his footsteps.
Preface
Boot: In defining the condition and duty, the difference
between them:
Before discussing the conditions of tawaaf, it is better to
know both the condition and the duty, and whether they are in one sense or two?
First: Definition of the condition:
In the language: the condition of housing: the obligation of
the thing, and his obligation to sell and the like, such as the condition, and
the combination of conditions, and strips. The condition is also called the
emergence of the conditional size. It is said: condition condition condition,
if it arises, the scalpel and scalpel.
And the movement (condition) the mark, and the collection of
signs, and the meaning of the verse :) Do not look until the hour to come to
them suddenly, has come to the Koran ([Muhammad verse 18] ie: signs.
And the condition is also, every small fuse comes from the
amount of ten arms, and the first thing, and the money, and the young. And the
laws of supervision are also opposites. I know that it is for sale, and the
Prophet hastened it and the same to that, I know it and prepared it. The police

Ibn al-Fares said: "The shin, the rib and the ta'a are
an origin that indicates knowledge and a sign, and what is related to that is a
sign.
As for the term:
The scholars have defined it with similar definitions in the
words, united in meaning, and they said in his definition: is what is necessary
or not, and does not necessitate existence or non-selflessness.
